Community and Content Policy

1. Who and what this covers

This policy applies to every Readify user and to creator identity, creator applications, challenge titles and descriptions, source material, daily readings, recall questions and answers, invitation material, reports, and any AI-generated content submitted or published through Readify. Shared reader membership uses server-generated aliases rather than personal names or photos.

Creators are responsible for the complete challenge they publish, including generated material. A private or unlisted challenge is still subject to this policy.

2. Content standards

Do not submit, publish, promote, or link to content that:

• harasses or threatens: bullying, stalking, intimidation, doxxing, non-consensual exposure, or targeted humiliation;
• promotes hate: dehumanization, exclusion, or violence based on protected characteristics;
• is sexually exploitative or age-restricted: sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, pornography, sexual services, or content unsuitable for Readify’s 13+ audience;
• glorifies graphic violence or self-harm: graphic injury, encouragement or instructions for self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or violent wrongdoing;
• creates dangerous misinformation: deceptive claims likely to cause material health, safety, civic, legal, or financial harm, including impersonated expertise;
• facilitates wrongdoing: fraud, scams, malware, credential theft, evasion, illegal drugs or weapons, or instructions that meaningfully enable harm;
• is spam or manipulation: repetitive promotion, deceptive invitation codes, fake engagement, leaderboard manipulation, or attempts to game reports and blocks; or
• is unlawful: content or conduct prohibited in the place where it is submitted or made available.

Educational discussion of difficult subjects may be allowed when it is factual, proportionate, suitable for the audience, and does not praise, instruct, or sensationalize harm.

3. Copyright, attribution, privacy, and identity

• Use only material you created or have permission or a lawful basis to use and adapt.
• Do not remove required attribution or present another person’s work as your own.
• Do not upload confidential documents, private communications, personal identifiers, or another person’s image without appropriate authority and consent.
• Do not impersonate a person, school, publisher, company, public authority, or Readify representative.
• Do not use a name, photo, title, or description designed to mislead readers about sponsorship, credentials, or the source of a challenge.

For a copyright concern, email the contact below with the challenged title, its Readify challenge ID or invitation context, the protected work, your relationship to the rights holder, and a clear explanation. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data.

4. AI-generated content remains the creator’s responsibility

OpenAI may generate text that is inaccurate, biased, unsafe, or too close to source material. Before publishing, creators must read every day, verify factual claims, inspect the recall question and accepted answers, confirm audience suitability, and ensure they have rights to the input and output they use.

Do not describe generated content as professionally reviewed, medically approved, legally reliable, or guaranteed accurate unless you have independent evidence and the right to make that statement.

Readify uses automated OpenAI safety screening on creator prompts, generated programs, drafts submitted for publication at any visibility, creator identity included with a challenge, and later day corrections. Flagged content is rejected before it is returned, published, or saved as a correction. Automated screening does not replace creator review, user reports, or operator enforcement.

5. Reporting and blocking

Report a challenge

Any signed-in person can report a public challenge they can see. In Discover, open the challenge’s safety actions and choose Report Challenge. A member or creator can also report an eligible non-public challenge; if it is your active challenge, use Record → Settings. Choose the closest reason and add concise details. Reports are private and cannot be edited by other users.

Report categories include harassment, hate, sexual content, violence, self-harm, misinformation, copyright, and other concerns. Do not submit knowingly false, repetitive, or retaliatory reports.

Block a creator

Use the safety actions on a Discover challenge to block its creator. Blocking removes that creator’s challenges from your discovery experience. You can manage blocked creators in Discover. A block is a personal safety control, not a public accusation or a substitute for reporting content that may violate this policy.

6. Review and enforcement

TMS DIGITAL SRL may review reports and available context and may ask for more information. Depending on severity, history, and risk, we may take no action, limit discovery, unlist or remove a challenge, restrict creator access, preserve evidence where legally required, suspend an account, or delete an account.

Reports are handled through a private operator process. We do not identify a reporter to the challenged creator. Removing a challenge closes its discovery and invitation paths; if it was active for readers, Readify is designed to release the related app-blocking shield without incorrectly awarding completion or challenge credit.

We do not promise that all content is reviewed before publication or that every disagreement is a policy violation. We may act immediately when necessary to protect users, rights, or the service. Where appropriate and legally permitted, a user may contact us to request reconsideration.

7. Safety and copyright contact

Include the challenge title and ID, the issue, and enough context to investigate. Never send a password, an Apple or Google authorization code, or a full confidential source document.
